Jay2TheRescue Site Team / Moderator Join Date: Sep 2008 Location: Northern Virginia Posts: 4,742	Its a federal law that prohibits the sale of a used converter. I tried to by a used one for my old Pontiac wagon eons ago and nobody would sell me one. I had an exhaust leak on the bottom of the cat. I ended up paying a welding shop $10 to crawl under the car and weld it shut. -Jay __________________
