I thought it was First On Race Day...
I've got a Turbo Ranger and a '69 Fairlane as well as the VX.

Love the fairlane... I'm jealous.

Anyway, I always thought FORD stood for Fast Only Riding Downhill.

The Fairlane (not that it's finished or even drivable) has a .030 over 460 with a Holley 780 and a C-6. I'm sure I'd weep if I ever bothered to figure out how terrible its FE is. When it's done I plan on driving it to the track once a week and hoping I don't break an axle or something. The Ranger (with a turbo 2.3 out of a T/Bird TurboCoupe) gets about 20 mpg when I drive it hard, and is the most fun pick-up in the world.

Just get yourself some autozone axles with lifetime warranty or some crazy stage3 stuff (do they call it that for domestics?) like the honda nerds use.
