I need to do my oil change, honestly I forgot what type I used; I just remembered Mobil 1 Synthetic.

The car has 300k miles, civic vx.

What kind of oil should I be using and how much should I put in there?

3.5 quarts... according to the manual, 5w30 is "preferred." I've been using Mobil 1 0w30 Fuel Economy Edition, or whatever it's called, on my 210k mile D15Z1.
