My mpg seems to be going up.

My mpg seems to be going up. I've been driving mostly street and it's 280 miles at the 1/4 mark. So I think it's helping. I predict this tank will be 26-27mpg. I hope the next tank is somewhere in the 28's.

I'm not going to shift it to N and back to D, this is how this problem first got started.
