OK, well I'd suggest you download a 92-95 civic HSM(Honda Service Manual) it will be your savior when it comes to the wiring, since my VX got totaled I am swapping the z1 into my Del Sol (check out my intro thread if you want to see how the swap is done, in progress now) I would suggest getting the VX harness with the engine if you can it will help you with wiring, you might be able to get away with the EX/Si harness but that will only solve the Vtec wiring issue, you will also need to wire in the 5 wire O2 and there is a plug for the "Black Box" which is the EGR control box
http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/...ONTROL+%282%29 it is on the fire wall right behind the intake manifold it has a vac line running to the EGR and to the charcoal canister...it is one of the harder things to find for the swap...worse case you can order it from Honda but it isn't cheap...
If you have any other questions feel free to ask, my motor should be going in to the Sol in the next week or so I hope...at least in my case it looks like I might just have to switch a few pins around at the ECU and at the harness plug on the shock tower so no cutting and hacking needed...
