VX Swap Questions
Hey folks, I have a 94 Civic DX coupe that I want to throw a VX engine in. I already have a VX trans. What parts will I need for this swap? I'm guessing I'll need the engine, the engine wiring harness, the ECU, and I keep seeing people mention a black box on the firewall. What is the black box for and where does it hook up? If someone could snap a picture of it that would also help with me trying to find one. Also, can I use a Civic EX/Si engine wiring harness? I know I'd have to find a way to make the 5 wire O2 sensor work, but will everything else be ok?
