VX start up squeek?

After driving through some unavoidable puddles last time we got a deluge, I've seem to develoved a high pitched squeek on start up. This ever happen to anybody else? Possible diagnosis anybody? Thanks fellows

A loose fan belt. Its easy enough to tighten.

Loose belt for sure. If you have A/C check that one first, then the Alternator belt. That's the only two belts that you can see on a VX if it has the A/C.
