Vx 02 and EGR wiring

First, I know there are several posts on this topic, however almost everyone has different opinions and unfortunately people do not post when they've found the solution.

89 DX to 92 VX using obd0_obd1 conversion harness, P07 ecu and NTK L1H1 five wire o2.

My chassis has these wires from old o2: Blue, Yellow, White, Brown.
My 5 wire o2 has these wires: Orange, Yellow, Red, Blue White

Can someone tell me exactly which wires from my old harness match up to the new sensor and where the extra wire goes on the ecu? I know some of the colors may be different as well, so are there any voltage measurements that I should be using as a guide rather than going by the wire color?

The EGR system I have only seems to have a two wire plug, Red and Yellow/Black. Where should these go on the P07 ecu? Also, should there be any other hook ups for this other than these two wires? It appears that the vacuum lines that are on this setup dont go anywhere on the engine, correct?
