in 2wd, you're fine. in snow in 4wd, you're probably fine. the key is that on snow/ice the tires will slip to account for any minute differences.
IIRC the owners manual says not to use 2wd unless you're on slippery surfaces so I'll leave that there with the transfercase. it does not slip so the weakest link will go. whether the weakest link is tire traction, U-joints, or the t-case itself who knows.
I wouldn't worry about how the tires roll dismounted at all. you could inflate them all to the same pressure and they end up in the opposite order with the weight of the truck on them.
