I want to buy this advertised ECU and want to know if its stock.

Replied to your wanted ad, and yes, the P07 is the stock ECU for the VX. You just need to watch out for the last three digits after the P07 part to know what version it is (California model or 49 states, federal model).
I am flexible on the price as well.
