Think surface area. Look at the designs you're considering and figure out which one has more surface area, it should be the one that does much better straight off.

I remember The RoadWarrior..To understand who he was, you have to go back to another time..the world was powered by the black fuel & the desert sprouted great cities..Gone now, swept away..two mighty warrior tribes went to war & touched off a blaze which engulfed them all. Without fuel, they were nothing..thundering machines sputtered & stopped..Only those mobile enough to scavenge, brutal enough to pillage would survive. The gangs took over the highways, ready to wage war for a tank of juice

I"ve heard that the units made with wire don't hold up as long and they also say that units made from pipe produce more hydrogen.

After making my last post I have found out that Water4Gas specs calls for 316 SS wire. From all the information I can find you need to use an EFIE on any OBD system cars. There are 2 types of these one is for the oxygen sensor and the other is for the MAP or MAF sensor. I don't know whether both are needed or not. I am currently experimenting with a 5 plate generator, but haven't hooked it up to the car yet.
