D16z6 Throttle Body

I found an aftermarket 65mm throttle body for a 1995 D16z6 Civic EX/Si/Del Sol Si engine on autoanything.com. It promises 6-12 extra hp. I am thinking on installing one for my upcoming build. Does anyone here have any experience/advice regarding throttle bodies? I am concerned that it may affect my overall drivability/mileage goals.

I want 150 hp and 40 mpg. The throttle body would put me over the 150 hp mark, but would it even work well with the other mods I am planning? These mods include a K&N Series 63 short ram/warm air intake, a 4-2-1 header with test pipe, and a power steering delete (my Del Sol S has a manual rack). I'll keep the A/C since it works.

Thanks for any advice,

Jon
