A couple of stores I go in regularly I always get the "best price" because they recognise me. Walk into another one of the same chain, I know I won't get that.... but there's a trick... go in in greasy overalls with a laundry list of parts for 3 different vehicles and ask for a price on them, and only actually take the parts for your vehicle.

--- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- ---

I just had an insightful moment with an old magazine, it mentioned "cross fire" issues from spark wires from adjacent cylinders inducing spark in each other due to being run together.... then since many modern cars are "lost spark" if you stick all your wires in 1234 then 2 will crossfire 1 and vice versa 3 will crossfire 4 and vice versa.... ugly. I'm gonna go reroute mine this afternoon and see if I get any difference on the stumble... I'm pairing 1 and 4 and 2 and 3 and keeping the two pairs apart.

Awesome, re-routed my wires and it seems a lot better so far, smoothed out so much between 700 and 1500 RPM that I thought I stalled it a couple of times.

BTW I know the voltage is lower with coil on plug, but the wires still carry the same energy, and with a pulse of voltage (A voltage that changes rapidly) can still induce currents in each other.
