Can anyone help identify these parts?

So this is my first engine swap. I'm thrilled as all can be. However, since i've never done this ebfore, i want to make sure I'm doing it right. So I've posted a few pictures with letters next to parts I don't quite know. Fill in the blanks if you can.

BTW, this engine is a JDM d15b Vtec-e engine.

Each one of these is a sensor or wire of some sort, except for C, which is a tube that I don't know where it goes. I guess that could be the coolant line, but if it is, what is the tube under F?

D is an interesting one. It had two wires that go to the plug (green and black) and then four grounds that attach to the block. This might be the termostat housing, but it doesn't resemble the one I've seen from the d15b2, so it's all greek (or in this case, it's all Japanese) to me.

Is H the EGR? Is I the knock sensor?

Please help as I'd like to prepare for my swap with as much ease as possible.
