Brightest Turn Signal Lamps

I am looking for the brightest (hopefully legal) turn signals I can find. Need 3157A and 1156 replacement bulbs. I'm looking for BRIGHT, but would like to keep it realistic on price. Suggestions?

this place has LED lights but you usually have to buy a load resistor for it too. they have some that are LED panels that have different lumen ratings.

I am not sure what reasonably priced is but it is worth a look.
