What type of fuel injection does a 99 Metro use? Throttle body?

If I knew what I was looking for, sure.

I know nothing about cars. (trying to change that) If I did, I wouldn't be asking this question.

In short, the answer is (Multi) Port Fuel Injection

*edit* That is ..IF.. the photo linked to above is something you have under the hood, an LSi I assume has the 4cyl mpfi. Thats a pretty sparse wikipedia article...

jBubb, When asking questions about a vehicle you own it can be helpful to include more information about it, or to fill out the garage section so we can look up information on what you have, for the Metro in 1999 they made both a 4 door with a 4 cylender engine, and a 2 door hatchback with a 3 cylender engine, the 4 cylender engine had multi point fuel injection, with a fuel injector on each leg of the intake manifold, giving each cylender it's own injector, on the 3 cylender engine the dual point injection had I belive two injectors mounted in what looked like a carburator, only with fuel injectors sticking out of the sides of it, this is what you have, it's under the round air cleaner houseing, in the engine compartment.
If you want to learn all kinds of things about your car, spend $20 on a shop manual, they are sold at both book stores, and auto parts stores, the first few chaptors cover basic things like changing the oil, spark plugs, all that stuff that needs to be done, the rest of the book is on fixing stuff that brakes.
