94 VX Spare, can you mount a 165/70/13 tire on it?

My little donut is a 105/80/13, will a stock size 165/70/13 tire fit on this little rim or is it too narrow? I am ordering tires this week, thought I'd throw another one in if it will fit in the back hatch under the floor.

I may be wrong on this, but I don't believe those rims are designed to have the tires replaced.

Suggest getting a used stamped steel 13x5 Honda wheel to use for a spare if you must (standard VX alloys are 13x5). I sincerely doubt the spare rim will hold a full size tire. In addition, the extra weight of a full size tire and rim will most likely have a negative effect on your fuel economy. Experience has taught me that what seem to be minor things can have a relatively large impact on VX mileage.
