'89 CRX timing belt replacement interval

Has anyone seen the same maintenance schedule for timing belt changes on the CRX? I used to own a '91HF, and found a 90K timing belt interval...but for this same engine on 88 & 89 cars I only found a vague mention of inspecting the belt to determine when. As we all know, inspecting a T-belt doesn't always tell the story. I see no reason why this same engine with the same timing belt (assuming it is the same timing belt) shouldn't also be 90K intervals. Anyone know the real story on this?

Unless that motor does not have an interference head (I'm pretty sure it does) I would change it at least every 90k.

sure

I just wanted to make sure I didn't need to start (unnecessarily) biting my nails when I got to 60K on this belt, since many other cars tend to have a 60K timing belt interval. If mine is rated for 90K I'd like to go the full 90K.

I figure if the car is at a 100,000 mile mark, without records then it's totaly worth doing, I picked up a timing belt kit the other day for about $60, it has the tensioner and the belt, the water pump was an extra $20, it's all under the same cover, the kit listed labor time at 2.5 hours, a few years back I had my VX done and was charged around $250 parts and labor...
