1995 Honda Civic problems

Hello,
I've replaced the battery, battery cables, battery terminals, spark plugs, spark plug wires, fuses, gave it an oil change along with a new filter, and messed with the timing every which way and the car still will not start. It cranks and cranks and gets close but never, ever starts. What do you folks recommend I look into?

For the car to start it needs 3 things:

Fuel
Air
Spark

You need to check each one in turn.

For Fuel, if you can't physically check if fuel is going in, you can try spraying some "easystart" or something similar in to the air intake when cranking the car over.

For spark, take one of the plugs out, leave it connected with the end touching something metal and crank the engine, you should see a spark jump between the electrodes.

For Air, check the air filter, remove it even, won't do any harm.

If you have all three, then next check would be compression, easy to do with a compression tester, not so easy without.
