This tank included a strenuous trip to Estes Park. Flat out most of the way so mpg's may not be so good. Jeep is running great now that the fuel pick-up is repaired and not taking in air. Put in Motorcraft plugs. Checked compression - it has fallen off. Need to adjust valves this fall. Torqued head nuts for the 4th time - it was fine. Added a fuel tank vent and can now get an additional 3 gal in the tank. Ran to near empty this week (gauge) and still had about 2 gal left so indeed the tank will hold a full 13 gal. But the last 3 gal goes in very slowly. 200+ miles/tank will be no problem. Finally achieved best idle with idle screw out 3/4 turn.
