Showing a single fuel-up

Drove to Moody Hill Wed. with Bruce L. F. wheels would not engage so had to park it. Coming home, fuel pressure would cut out...under load and with no load and even after pulling into the driveway. Turning on the elec. pump could keep it going. So...1) Took off the check valve in the fuel line - still died after. 2) Checked all fuel line fittings - good. 3) Am now trying other fuel caps. Old one may have a frozen pressure valve. 4) Rt. F. hub was dry and corroded. Ordered new Mile Marker hubs. 5) Inst. new Diz wires. 6) Swapped out carb. #3 for carb. #4. Running well but still have the pulsing idle. Have not had reocurence of the dying. If it comes back, will R&R the fuel pump. The 3A page says maybe the rubber hoses are at fault or stuff in the tank. That's all I got left! Changed oil and filter at 20,500. Old oil looked good - some fines on the magnet drain plug.
