Was wrong about the last fill up being the last. I was very low on gas today so I decided to fill up before I sell my car tomorrow. Filled at Valero Gas on Harbor in Costa Mesa.

Filled up at Alfie's Place car wash and gas in Irvine on Culver Dr. before a car wash it sells Mobil gas. Probably last fill for the car.

Glad I burned off most of the 87 octane in my tank. Gas mileage wasn't bad for the wrong grade gas! Put in the correct 91 octane this time. Filled up at the 76 station on Bristol in Costa Mesa, CA.

Opps... filled up with 87 octane instead of premium which is what my manual requires. Good milege because this was partially the tank coming back from Palm Springs. Filled up at the 76 on Newport Blvd in Costa Mesa.

Filled up before the road trip to Palm Springs. The tank was only a quarter empty but thought it might be prudent to fill before a long trip. Filled up at the Valero Station on Harbor Blvd in Costa Mesa, CA.

Filled up only at half a tank because I received a free gas card that expired soon. Drove a good part on highways, used slow stops and starts. Filled up at ARCO on Quail Hill Parkway in Irvine, CA.

I was a little heavy footed this time around, also had mostly a disregard for fuel economy so it is no wonder it is lower this time. Will try to be a little better this next fill up. I went to Shell because of the new "Nitrogen" additive they put in their fuel.. we will see if it has any negative effect on milege. Filled up at Shell on S. Fairview Road in Costa Mesa.

Normal driving mixed with coasting before stop lights.. seems to really improve my MPG. Filled up today at the Mobil On the Run Station on Harbor Blvd in Costa Mesa.

The tire pump up seemed to help. Was hypermiling for about half the tank but eventually stopped caring and also stopped using neutral at stop lights because worried about tranny. Filled up at the Chevron on Bristol in Costa Mesa.

Filled up tires a bit more, now they are all around 37-38 psi, slightly higher than recommended but much lower than the maximum allowed pressure for the tire.

Added air to my tires. Most were under about 7 PSI. All tires are about 35 PSI, a little under the recommended 36 PSI but will try to put in more air next gas fill up.
