No assistance to pre-wash car. Used the Works option to wash car. The pressure spray wash did NOT completely remove the pollen buildup on car. Using a wet towel to wipe down the car afterwards.

Online Order #46459, 2/27/2021 Rec’d; 3/5/2021 Part is Out Of Warranty, 30 Days Only Unable to return PART for REFUND. (Sucker!!)

Service Tech found the 2 rear drains NOT flowing freely due to stuck close sunroof drain valves. Those valves have been modified & re-checked They are okay now. The sunroof is draining freely. The Headliner was inspected & it was found stained. The Headliner was replaced. Hertz / Enterprise Rental was provided on 3/30/2021 (PU) and Returned to Lindsay VW on 4/2/2021. Filled Gas Tank to Full mark. (Purchased)
