Disconnect battery for 5 minutes to see if hands free gets reset. It did solve the hands free issue.

Replaced Toyota Battery with a new Interstate Battery from Costco. Nothing was wrong with original Toyota battery, it was almost 5 years old and did this for preventative measures.
