large number of short trips in moderate to cold weather. 30 or less Interstate miles. 40% or less highway miles. MPG has its first "Winter" nosedive. Colder weather plays havoc with my yearly average. Fuel prices continue to fall, making driving less expensive at a time when MPG is typically at its worst.
