Everything went back together easily and quickly. Ball joints fixed my clunk problem. New alternator belt also fixed my squeak problem. Car is driving great now.

Replaced rear ball joints but stripped a nut on the subframe when reassembling. Found a new subframe locally from a 1993 Japanese turbo half-cut. Included revised tie rods and larger 19mm sway bar. While the subframe is out, I also am replacing the alternator belt and brushes.

Installed new muffler hangar to replace bent one. Fuel level gauge isn't working, so I will fill up conservatively based on mileage until I can fix it. Gas tank capacity is 14.3 gallons.
