Finally fixed the remote control for garage door opener. Eliminate starting up car twice, while closing/opening door, walking through house. Also, before at other place. Car sitting there idling while closing/opening door. This should be a consistent increase to mileage. How much? Small? But consistent increase. Only cost was shipping stuff back and forth. They ended up giving me a free remote.

Put Pirelli Cinturato P7 all season plus tires on the car. Can tell already. Will see better mileage.

Decided to change city/hwy percentages. I have a 12 mile commute one way. Yes, 5 miles of that is at 65mph. But one doesn't drive 5 miles, then slow down to a stop, then go back to 65 on usual hwy mileage. Also the rest is 45 down to 30. With traffic lights. I have a different route I could take. Higher speeds. But still have to come to a stop after 4 miles. Then lights. A good size hill on this route too. I do think, critically, either route, it should be 60% city, 40% hwy. Would give a truer assessment of my daily driving. Am going back to edit previous fuel ups on this.

I did waste some gas sitting in line at a car wash. Also sitting eating while car running. Otherwise... Before this tank. I was playing with pressure on tires. About half the tank was actually 32 psi. It was higher earlier. Looks like higher pressures got me better mileage? Will soon change tires.

Toyo Proxes 4 plus tires. 51psi max cold Inflated to 32 lbs cold. As per Toyota.
