Sullivan Tire Westford. Outstanding issue regarding coupon credit not given ($10 off) before payment, left issue with service adviser and they are to call us back tomorrow/next day.

Rear pads and discs replacement. Parts replaced under warranty via AutoZone (they use phone number to validate warranty, didn't need receipt).

Oil change at Sullivan Tire Westford. Going in, we know we need rear brake pads/rotors. They reported the serpentine belt is cracked (~$100 to replace vs. $22 part cost), air filter and CAF require replacement. They recommended waiting for next service to rotate tires. My later inspection says the serpentine belt is barely/finely cracked - some life left. Air filter changed in 2/2016 so should be OK - will need to open up and look. CAF last changed 1/2014, so probably does need service.

Driver's side engine grounding strap replaced with generic Dorman Help part, 60213, $5.99 pre tax. Strap is ~4 inches too long but ok.

Hogan Tire Westford $37.99 total. They report left rear rotor rusted (frozen slide/bad caliper?) in one place and "de-laminated" rotor in another. (?) Corrosion on + battery terminal, broken ground strap on left (driver) side of engine, same as last time (confirmed by me).

Oil change + filter at Sullivan Tire Westford. NO tire rotation. They reported three issues with the vehicle: Cabin Air Filter dusty, Power Steering Fluid dark color, Engine ground strap broken on left side.

Rear driver side brakes were overheating. Relieved pads and reinstalled with lubrication. Had purchased new caliper at NAPA, returned it.

Sage took vehicle in to Sullivan Tire Bedford. Asked them to check balance as well due to slight vibration felt at speed, apparently in rear. Unclear whether they actually did that, but did rotate tires.

Sullivan Tire Bedford. 4 new Yokohama Avid Ascend tires, alignment check (minor adjustment, was done in November 2015), TPMS service, balance, etc. Lifetime rotation and balance. Road Hazard package, free flat service, etc. (see brochure with receipt). Service can be at any Sullivan or at a Firestone if out of New England service area.

Sullivan Tire Bedford. Strong push on changing tires, they recorded as 0/32s but incorrect (certainly NOT bald) and claimed "belt slip". Tail light replacement. Bad smell (like burning plastic) after job, returned to shop and they determined it was spilled oil on cat from filter removal.

Multi-Point Inspection and Service at Acton Chrysler. They used 5W20 oil "because that was what was on the coupon you used". Idiots. Now will need to do oil change on my own before our trip. They said front brake pads are low, and BACK TOO - despite my having just done those a short while ago.
