A 283.0 mile trip from Buttonwillow CA to Morro Rock, Cambria, and back. Speed limits maintained. High RPMs going up steep hills to maintain speed limits. Some cross wind and tail wind going and strong tail winds on the way back to Buttonwillow. AC and cruse control used when little elevation changes. Temps cooler on the PCH. Hotter 100 degrees from Paso Robles to Buttonwillow. Not conservative driving, kept up with flow of traffic on the interstates and highways. Again, surprised at the MPG, was expecting a lot less in the 27mpg range.
