A 431.7 mile road trip to Joshua Tree NP via Mojave National Preserve. Strong cross winds going, and tail winds returning. About 3 miles of stop and go traffic in Vegas (20min to go 3 miles due to accident). AC used during the day (mid 80s in JTNP). Cruse control used around Amboy and 29plams. Moderate speeds 45 to 55 mph. Maintaining RPMs below 2000 on flat areas, and under 2400 going up hills in 4th or 5th (CVT).
