A 386.7 mile trip from Beatty to Gold Point, Bishop, and Mono Lake for the sunset via the 95, 168, and 395. Then at night on the 395 from Lee Vining to Topaz Lake for sunrise. And on to Carson City, Virginia City and on to Reno by noon. A lot of steep hill ascends and descend 4000 ft to 8000+ ft elevation with winding roads through the Black Mountains, and on the 395 near Mamoth Lakes area. Going below speed limits up steep hills, and +speed limits down hills. Also 25 to 30 miles off road exploration at Gold Point, and between Bristle Cone Forrest and Bishop, and around Mono Lake area. No traffic, but slow going in some off road areas. No AC, no cruse control, no heavy load.
