Complete engine rebuild New bore and poison Crankshaft bearings changed both big and small end, pressed hydraulically Head valves and guides replaced Hydraulic tappets replaced Engine oil, oil filter, air filter, cables replaced Bike has become extremely smooth

Bike started making kat-kat sound during deceleration. Took it to CVS motors, not convinced with diagnosis, so took it Manjunath bullet garage. Mechanic identified correctly, got exhaust cam replaced (just needed to replace the auto decompression clip but it comes as a assembly now, RE trying to rip of fcustomers)

some sound from front, thought it was from steering bearing and removed them, replaced the balls and lubed bearing ( there was no lube before) Initial sound was due to loose brake mount bolts
