Oil change. 9 qts M1 0W-40 Euro. Inspection notes: exhaust cam solenoids/magnets both had oil in the plugs. Drivers side will require removal of P/S reservoir. Pass side looks easy. Inspected all 4 cam solenoids and position sensors. Only these two had oil but cleaned all. Also found mystery oil mess around front right inner axle boot. Drained front diff fluid and amount was perfect. Must be axle boot. Ordered boot kit and crimping tool for $64. This will be my first boot replacement. Flushed windshield cowl drains. Inner ones were fine. Outer ones clogged. Used compressed air and shop vac. No symptoms just wanted to check. EDIT: Replaced right front inner boot. Need to keep eye on the boot for tearing against the small clamp because I forgot to push all of the air out of the joint before clamping it. It's a bit swollen. Maybe it will relax. Not a bad job at all.
