Replaced rear brake rotors and pads; CTek rotors and Bosch QuietCast pads. Upon install, parking brake now feels properly adjusted. 199,490 miles.

Changed transmission fluid at the pan only and replaced the filter and pan gasket (Beck Arnley). A little over 3.5 QTs ATF replaced (Valvoline Maxlife Multi-Vehicle Full Synthetic). No metal shavings or sediment in the pan, fluid smelled fine. 197,971 miles.

Repaired accelerator pivot bushing with aftermarket aluminum replacement ball. Overpriced, but the only option due to replacement being NLA. Dramatically improved throttle response, even seemingly better transmission manners. 197,891 miles.

Replace differential fluid with Mobil 1 Synthetic 75W-90. Old fluid seemed thick and extra stinkly, drivetrain feels a little 'freer' now. New wiper blades. 197,823 miles.

Installed upgraded Meyle breather hose and replaced seal to oil cap, both from Kent at MercedesSource. Done to stop seemingly long term oil seepage on top of the valve cover (common). 197,720 miles.

Adjusted valves per spec. Found most to be pretty tight, one a little loose and one perfect- performance seemed fine before, fine now. Felpro gasket installed. Cleaned air cleaner, new Wix air filter installed. 197,703 miles.

Removed vacuum lines to EGR and valve cover box to reduce vacuum leaks in the system. Symptoms were irregular shifts, 1-2 was harsh and occasional flaring on 2-3. A disintegrated accelerator pivot bushing (NLA) accounts for slack and play in throttle linkage. 197,593 miles.

Replaced both the screw down primary (Mahle) and in-line secondary fuel filter (Beck Arnley). Both seemed old with visible dirt upon draining. Added Liqui Moly Diesel Purge fluid to primary filter before installing. 197,513 miles.

Replaced the oil (Shell Rotella 15w40 diesel synthetic blend) and filter (Bosch/Mann filter). Oil was very old and appeared overfilled upon checking on level ground before the service. 197,513 miles.

Bought on 10/29/2020 from a neighbor, with 197,496 miles. Zero maintenance records and she sort of failed the "oil filler cap blow-by test", but my hunch is she just needs new fluids, filters and a valve adjustment.
