Finally tackled that p0304. Long story short: new fuel injectors, cleaned IAC valve, cleaned throttle body, cleaned upper intake plenum, new upper intake plenum gasket, reshimmed valves, timing belt, water pump, cam seals, crank seal, pulleys, valve cover gasket, oil change, 1 new coil pack, new cam angle sensor. A lot of down time and ate a bunch of fuel running on 2 cylinders for a while while troubleshooting.
