Shell 93 Octane. I am certain I pressed the 87 button for $3.199/gallon. 3/4 into the fill-up I noticed the 93 premium price above that button was displayed. I don't mind filling up my turbo car with premium, if I actually requested it.

Shell 87 Octane. Topped up tank at another gas station because at last refueling the pump stopped early. For these two refuielings I put in 12.074 gallons. Less than the 12.7 gallon tank capacity.

Shell 87 octane. Ran this tank until gas gauge said 0 miles remaining. Ultragauge Blue said 11.7 gallons used (from 12.7 gallon tank). Pump stopped early. Saw gas gauge at 7/8 tank after refueling. This is a partial tank.

Shell 87 octane. No noticeable difference in performance or economy with Shell 93 octane last tank. Saving the $8-$9 per tank to stick with regular as the car happily runs on the recommended 87.

Shell 93 octane at this fill-up at less than 1/4 tank, 2 city miles from work this morning. Won't know the effect of high-octane until it gets from the tank, through the fuel line, to engine. Cost me about $8.50 more than 87 regular would have. I don't plan to regularly fill with premium, as well, the cost is a premium.

Admiral 87 octane. More city vs freeway driving this tank has decreased MPG. First 1/3 of tank was city-only, low 20's MPG. MPG increased as the freeway miles clicked on. Ran tank to "empty", 0 miles remaining. Put 11.259 gallons into 12.7 gallon tank. Could have tried adding another 1.5 gallons, but I am in the habit of ending fill-up when the pump shuts off.

Shell 87 octane. Filled up while tank was nearly empty. 2% per MyMazda app. There must be nearly 2 gallons in reserve in the 12.7-gallon tank at such a low fuel gauge display.

First fill up of the new car! Shell 87 octane. MyMazda app reports tire pressure 39 PSI left front, 39 PSI right front, 38 PSI left rear, and 38 PSI right rear. 30 degrees F.
