Installed the New Air Filter Used the Super Cleaner on the engine. Over spray still on the black plastic parts. Wash the car, dressed the tires, cleaned the windows Installed the side cup holder RE-started engine, problem with lights coming on Engine check light is on VSC Off VSC is on 3 hours later after everything dried out, all lights are off. RE-set itself.

238pm, Keith found the plug for the sensor and plugged it in. Low level sensor working fine. He fixed all the problems. 233pm, Keith now checking for the oil sensor 223pm, starter has been replaced, car running. Keith found a hose leaking,that’s probably the problem for the check light. I asked him to take care of it. He said, No problem, they have a hose. 1208pm, WorldPac arrives with the new starter. Keith begins to install gaskets and injector cover. 934am, Keith moved car to work on removing the injector covers, covering the starter and gaskets. 930am, signed work order, 922am, Gave Keith $100.00, need to sign work order. Keith ordered part from Wopak, be in by 12pm, 908am, Keith spoke to Adjuster, needs 3.0 hrs, $240.00 labor, new starter replacement cost $131.95 Need to replace gaskets too. Total Original Cost: $448.44 9:00am, Dave will call them. 8:55am, brought in Car Have $100 deductible. Need to replace starter, believe it’s the starter solenoid. Keith said replace starter. 9:00am, Dave will call them.

1035am, told Keith about previous problems. Mechanic found bad clamp, small power steering hose has crack in hose, will replace. Looking at the cost of Low level oil pressure sensor, Amber color Needs a new gas cap. 1100am, Labor $80.00 Plus 5%, Total $88.42 Replace front struts, $240.00 labor Replace rear struts w/coils cheaper, $160 w/o $240

341pm, brought in Car, Check battery covered under warranty. Purchased 5-16-17 at this store. They will check battery and charging system. 409pm, charging battery to check if it will hold the charge, 45 mins charge time. If it doesn’t they have the replacement in stock. No charge for replacement. 457pm, battery was bad, they will just replace it with a new battery.

3:00pm, Picked up car from Bobby, install power steering pump. Battery is low, Bobby needed to jump battery. Charging system shows, 14.00 volts. Need to bring to Sear’s Auto Center right away.

3/8/17, Spoke to Steve from Endurance Warranty, Claims now has all the 3 oil change receipts. They are now pushing through with the claim, and will contact the mechanic shop to continue with the teardown of the engine. Already spoke to David, they are waiting for another adjuster to take a look at the engine again. It will take 24 to 48 hours before another adjuster comes out. Repairs should start sometime next week Tuesday or Wednesday.David will call me later to follow up with the progress. February 21, 2017, this is a follow-up to the continuing repairs of the SC 430 which is covered under the endurance warranty
