745am, arrived in parking lot. 753am, Spoke Brandon, I have appointment at 8am, install 2 new front tires on SC430. He said it’s $48.00 to install the tires on the rims. I told him they are pre-paid thru Affirm. They received the tires yesterday at 12pm. He checked, Giga-tires wasn’t in the system, he had to call Affirm, it was under a different name, showed him my confirmation email from Affirm. He needed a Purchase Order from them. He called and spoke to Naomi. She confirmed purchase and gave him the P.O.We’re set, took down the current mileage and I gave him the lug nut and hex key. He said it’ll take 45 mins or so. 809am, Mechanic took the car into the bay. 822am, Brandon asked if I want to rotate the new tires to the back as a normal procedure. I told him Yes, I believe I was told that previously by Discount Tire. 833am, Brandon showed me the front pads need to be replaced, rear pads ok, but the clips need to be replaced, not holding the inner rear brake pad properly, rear driver side. Causing squeaking sounds from time to time. Labor cost $170.00 per hour, about 1.4 hrs, $250.00 for labor, if I bring parts in. He charges $209.00, Wagner ceramic pads, includes turning rotors. He said rotors look thick enough, but need to take measurements at that time. 926am, Brandon said the vehicle is done, Tyler mechanic will bring it up front. 936am, done, checked out with Brandon, gave me paperwork with receipt, and returned hex, lug nut.
