Found engine code P0128 T-stat stuck open. Replaced and tested. Updated PCM PN 68334563AA -AD performed TSB 18-016-17

No computer updates found, no recalls. Specifically asked for recall and computer update checks because still in warranty. Nothing. No diag on the flapping noise either. Will push back if anything that would have been covered under warranty as of this note is found shortly after warranty expires.
