I finally traced down that the fuel pump was bad. Turns out after taking it out it was probably the original. ordered a new one from car parts.com for $78. It was really hard to siphon the tank and remove it bc the nuts on the hanger bolts were rusted and seized. I got the new pump in and put it all back together on 7/6/24. And the Jeep started right up!
