put car in for a/c belt replacement @$125. as alternator belt had to be removed also had this replaced at same time for an extra $30'ish. noted that air con actually felt 'hotter' [ambient?] after filter replacement. and car was not quite feeling right - lack of grunt / surging etc. had an inspection - nothing wrong found with engine but a/c was 50 grams down. hyundai topped it up for me [free].

75000 Minor Service. cost $250 (?) cabin air filter needed replacing @ $75 oil change with own oil brought cost down to $238 [inc filter]. told a/c belt needs replacing due to cracking [$125] and that transmission oil needs changing [$188].

4 new tyres. goodyear assurance triplemax bought on 443 deal with reduced price of approx $189 each [down from $210 each] so total $560. plus warranty and alignment / balance. total cost $663 nb: odo reading is pure guess

battery died for third time. hyundai giving me excuses again as to why they cannot do anything about it, this time it was because i didn't try my second key/immobiliser thingy. WTF? [first time it came up with a faulty reading but they didn't print it out and second reading came out as 'good battery' so they refused to honour warranty. then they had car all afternoon to test but said there was nothing wrong with it]
