Removed carbs, found one front and one rear cylinder had jets reversed. Put them back in the correct place and reinstalled. Changed headlight level to point down more.

Set valve clearances Checked carb sync. Seemed to be good, so did not adjust throttle linkage. Swapped cylinder 2-4 coil.

Swapped original (cleaned and bench synced) carbs back onto bike. Replaced front cylinder head coolant crossover tube o-rings.

Replaced pulse generator Replaced clutch with EBC friction discs, "de-glazed" steel discs with 200 grit Oil Change, 10w40, non-synthetic (no filter change)

Changed Oil, 20w40 / 20w50 mix Mobil 1 Synthetic Motorcycle Oil, Fram motorcycle filter Replaced clutch basket / tensioned split gear springs Heli-coiled oil pan drain plug threads, changed to M12x1.75, replaced drain plug with autozone plug with rubber seal Replaced drain pan gasket Replaced exhaust collector with a freshly painted unit (por 15 black velvet) Reinstalled factory mufflers with new gaskets

Changed front coil, bike seems to be running better, didn't die at all during 20 mile test run

Replaced slow jets (#40) and set all float heights at ~8.3mm, lubricated throttle and choke linkages while carbs were out. Replaced speedometer cable with a new unit.

Replaced all 4 camshafts with a used set in good condition, as well as 7 rocker arms. Could not replace cylinder 4 rocker arm without removing the engine or cylinder head from the bike (frame interference) but it was in relatively good condition. Flushed the radiator while it was off, and replaced the fuse block with an un-modified fuse block. Bike seems to run but may need additional carb work.

Replaced tires with Avon AM26 both front and back. Greased the rear drive spline and replaced the rear brake pads. Tightened either the steering stem nut or jamb nut
