Rotated tires and replaced original brake pads and rotors with Stop Tech parts (high carbon blank rotors, semi-metallic pads); performed all work myself, noted seized inferior caliper slider pin on left front caliper, all parts cleaned and lubed with silicon paste. I no longer experience the buffeting noise between 55-65mph - success!!!
