Front forks had a clunk to them so I took them apart again and they were about an inch and a half low on fluid so I added more 15 weight. The specs call for 20 w so I’ll probably change them out again next year hopefully when I go with the blackout front end kit.

Changed at Garvin‘s house. Bought the Harley Davidson brake pads from trips Harley Davidson because I had a gift card. Ended up bleeding the brakes here at the house we got home with the fluid is fresh.

The Michelin commander I bought used was toast and separating plus I picked up something metal in it so I put the used Michelin commander three back on 13,000 on the tire when I reinstalled it

Bought Ken ‘s Bridgestone BXBT 46 which is a rear tire but in the dark side world used for the front tire. Should last a long time. Ken bought it and didn’t like the field on his bike so he only rode about 100 miles on itfor $100 and then I paid 50 to have it mounted Apex Cycle

Wheel bearings were completely shot, making a grinding and squealing sound. Replaced them with all balls bearings. For this set of rims, it was the first bearing replacement. They were Harley Davidson factory bearings.

Installed a almost new Michelin commander back tire to to match the front. The Michelin commander three had 13,000 miles on it and probably had another 7000 left. Leaving for a long road trip with Missy through the Canadian Rockies and don’t know how many miles we will ride or how fast the tire will wear riding up with full luggage. Changed rear brake pads

Codes P0031, P0051, P0134, PP0152, P0154, B2271, B2272, U0184, Recommendations - Steering Head and Forks service should be done at 50,000 -Get matching tires -Check wheel bearings - DOT 4 brake and hydraulic clutch should be flushed -Replace shifter rod, ball and socket are getting loose - Careful spilling engine oil on electrical and engine mounts when replacing oil. Clean if happens Service specifics - Replace Water Pump with Updated Pumps $937.90 Cooling system had wrong fluid . Flushed and replaced with correct fluid. Coolant bottle missing hook, replaced for filler neck - Diagnose Cooling System Electrical Issues $124.44 Right fan running non stop when engine is running P1693 102 cooling fan right low/ open Short to ground found on jumper harness for cooling fan. This circuit is ground side controlled causing cooling fan to run continuously- fixed and replaced harness Installed FP4 Tuner, Replace damaged o2 sensors, fix exhaust system issues - P0031 & P0051 after exhaust work Other notes - Floorboard is contacting exhaust heat shield causing vibration, installed proper spacer and correct bolts - Crossover mounting and loose bolts - Both O2 sensors replaced - REMOVED EXHAUST AND REPLACED BOTH SENSORS. - REPLACED LEAKING EXHAUST PORT GASKETS. - CROSSOVER CLAMP WAS LOOSE - FIXED - HEADER STABALIZING MOUNT WAS LOOSE - FIXED - REAR OXYGEN SENSOR WAS INSTALLED IN FRONT HEADER - FIXED - FRONT OXYGEN SENSOR WAS INSTALLED IN REAR HEADER - FIXED - TRANSMISSION BEARING HOUSING BOLTS AT EXHAUST BRACKET WERE LOOSE CAUSING TRANSMISSION LEAK - #6 BOLT WAS ABLE TO REACH MINIMUM TORQUE BUT THREADS FELT SOFT. Got ripped off by the Mike High Parker Harley up charging me after a lesser quote . Michelin commander 3. Extremely expensive but the tire is supposed to last 20,000 miles. I also change the rear brake pads

3 hole Amsoil oil change. The transmission and primary had been changed before riding to Washington and back but it was with the Walmart 20w50 oil. The transmission was completely clean, but the primary had some shavings in it. I’ve never noticed this before they were pretty mild, but they were there.

Punctured my car tire on the way from Oregon to big sky had to buy a tire on the road Replace the front tire with a Bridgestone off of Goldwing. My 777 Shinko tire lasted 9000 and was already worn out.
