Seems to use more gas during winter and I noticed the range went from slightly over 400 to 380 at fuel up. Winter blend gas less? Or are gas stations giving less gas?

different gas station charger estimated car mpg was 22.3 and I reseted it right after i stepped in car so 1.6 mpg off
